The trailer is a 1973 Layton trailer with a covered deck with roll down blind on the deck for shade and privacy.
The trailer has been completed renovated. Has no leaks or rot.
The appliances have all been replaced, has full size fridge and freezer. Also replaced taps, toilet and water heater, stove, oven, all flooring and carpet.
Lots of storage in the trailer.
The trailer sleeps 4 but also has a futon that folds down to a double bed in the add on room. Can sleep 6 people. All furnishings are included in the add on room.
The single beds could be easily convert into a king bed if you took out the middle cabinet out.
The add on room and covered deck was built 2013.
The yard is partially fenced it is open at the back which is backing onto the green belt. The yard is nicely treed but gets sun.
