9-11am Parade

Participants check in at 9am at the field. Judging starts at 9:15am. Preregister to join the parade. Parade starts at 10am up top & finishes at the field! Kids bring a bag to catch candy!

11-3pm Silent Auction

Location: Gym. Bids close at 3pm Sharp! Highest bid wins. Winners will be announced following bid closure. Please pick up & pay for your items asap. E-transfers & cash accepted.

12-4pm Fun Fair Games

Classic carnival style games set up around the outside of the gym for all ages!

12-4pm Dunk Tank

Location: By the 1st tee box. Come and dunk some of the ranch’s notable characters or not so notable!

12-6pm Concession & BBQ

Location: Kitchen, Concession Shack & Gazebo. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, Drinks, etc.

1:30-3pm Bingo

Location: Tent next to the BBQ Gazebo. No cost to play. Dot pens will be available for purchase. Prizes for each game! Must be 21+ to play. Cash accepted at this game.

5-6:30pm Pari-Mutuel Horse Auction

Location: Outside gym. Get a group of friends together and come on down to buy a horse and dress it up in style! Sunday will be the big race.

7:30pm Concert in the Park – Soul Siren

Location: Field/Stage. Tickets are available for pre-purchase on SignUp Genius or at the gate. Kids under 5 free, 5-18yrs $5 & adults 19yrs+ $10. There will be glow items and a concession available! Pre-register to skip the line.
